Your main responsibilities:

  • To project a positive, professional and friendly image to the guests and employees.
  • To inspect the Venue daily to ensure cleanliness, physical condition and functioning of equipment.
  • To execute the daily and periodical cleaning of all the front and back of house areas, as well as perimeter gardens, stores and appliances, in accordance with current legislations and requirements.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of common areas during service hours, and especially be vigilant of the cleanliness of the restrooms, the Venue entrance and service floor, attentive to spillage and breakages in order to avoid accidents.
  • To perform a wide variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, window cleaning.
  • To maintain equipment and tools in good working order and ensure they are properly stored.
  • To assist Supervisor in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • To ensure maintenance, repairs and cleanliness of all fixtures, surfaces and furniture in the area of responsibility.
  • To ensure cleanliness of the pool water and surrounding areas, monitor the quality of water in the pool and maintain it strictly according to pre-set procedures.
  • To be responsible for the handling, preparation, collection and cleaning of all pool towels, hand towels, rugs.
  • To maintain the quality of plants, by regularly watering as instructed.
  • To run short errands for various supplies.
  • To ensure cleaning logs are documented and maintained following the legislations and internal standards.
  • To perform laundry duties as necessary of all and any company properties.

Requirements:

  • Holder of EU passport, citizen of the EU
  • Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in housekeeping
  • Related repairing and maintenance skills
  • Two years or seasons of experience in similar work environment, preferably in hotels
  • Must be able converse in English. Greek, Russian and other languages are considered an advantage
  • Good health, neat and pleasant appearance

Personal Qualifications

  • Good self-organizational skills, have common sense and quickly respond to directives
  • Able to work under little supervision, yet maintain a high level of performance

Your main responsibilities:

  • Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • To prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the speciality section at all times.
  • To ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction through the production and preparation of food.
  • Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of Mediterranean food products, their origin, and ensure his/her subordinates and team members confidently handle these products.
  • To ensure the standard recipes are being followed at all times.
  • To actively employ cost control tools on the day-to-day operations.
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation, knowledge and employment of H&S and HACCP regulations.
  • To follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
  • To monitor portion and waste control.
  • To thoroughly understand, adhere to and train on all standards in food quality and safety, presentation, food intolerances, food hygiene practices.
  • To follow the guidelines of health, safety, hygiene and the HACCP system.
  • To ensure the daily supervision of all subordinates ensuring that their actions, duties and opening and closing duties are carried out in accordance with the pre-set procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a tertiary school of culinary education
  • Three years of experience in similar Mediterranean work environment, previous pre-opening experience considered an advantage
  • Must speak and write English fluently, Greek is considered an advantage

Your main responsibilities:

  • To carry out painting and repair works that need to be done in the Restaurant
  • To perform repair works in the Restaurant areas including maintenance of restaurant furniture
  • To run short errands for various supplies
  • To perform various cleaning activities such as daily cleaning of restrooms, cleaning of high windows, floors and restaurant outdoor areas, cleaning of back houses areas
  • To maintain the cleanliness of common areas during service hours, and especially be vigilant of the cleanliness of the restrooms, the Venue entrance and service floor, attentive to spillage and breakages in order to avoid accidents
  • To perform daily cleanliness of the pool water and surrounding areas, monitor the quality of water in the pool and maintain it strictly according to pre-set procedures.
  • To perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
  • To have plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems
  • To conduct basic electrical and mechanical works
  • To empty trash cans in restrooms
  • To restock toiletries and other items in restrooms
  • To carry out basic electrical /mechanical works and conducts maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, etc.
  • To maintain equipment and tools in good working order and ensure they are properly stored
  • To ensure that general maintenance works are executed, as directed by the Restaurant Manager
  • To ensure that machines and equipment are clean and tidy at all times
  • To maintain the quality of plants, by regularly watering as instructed
  • To ensure cleaning logs are documented and maintained following the legislations and internal standards
