Available Positions

Your main responsibilities:

  • To research and understand who the customers and wider market are, their expectations and needs, establish and maintain relationships/rapport through service and over the long term.
  • To seek and action customer feedback at every opportunity and learn from complaints.
    To report these to the Management Team in a professional manner.
  • To implement and maintain marketing standards, monitor and strive for continuous improvement.
  • To project a positive, professional and friendly image to the guests and employees.
  • To promote La Caleta concept on and off duty, establishing and maintaining client relations.
  • To seek out new opportunities and clients for the continuous development of the folio and reputation
  • To innovate and promote special events to the customers based on their needs/preferences.
  • To manage social media accounts of the brand and respond to virtual enquiries in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
  • To perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
  • To collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels.
  • To assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
  • To provide support in the administration of photography and videography shoots.
  • To work with the social media agency and assist with the creation of a digital editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
  • To create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.
  • To identify ideal marketing channels for optimal customer engagement.
  • To develop and execute marketing / promotional campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement, subject to the approval of the General Manager.
  • To understand and ensure that his/her colleagues understand and are capable of confidently promoting La Caleta concept, its services and products.
  • To have thorough knowledge of the products served and services provided in the Venue.
  • To co-ordinate effectively with the related departments through regular contact
  • To participate in the service hours by observing and creating live content
  • To keep his/her station well organized, clean and neat and report any issues to the GM.
  • To confidently communicate with guests, offering and promoting services, events.
  • To inform the Management team about incidents, observations and take initiative regarding developments that affect Guests, the Venue’s activities and his/her post.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Holder of EU passport, citizen of the EU
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Three years of experience in similar work environment and position
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SM platforms
  • Experience and proven skills in Photography are highly desirable
  • Must speak and write English and Greek fluently, Russian and other languages are considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Your main responsibilities:

  • To actively recommend, present and serve wines to the customers using up-selling skills and follow the method actively, leading the sales by example to make sure stocks rotate correctly and new orders are in line with departmental costs and business levels.
  • To ensure that strict cost control measures are followed and adhered to in terms of storage areas/fridges to make sure stocks rotate correctly and new orders are in line with departmental costs and business levels.
  • To receive, inspect, and store wines upon delivery against the departments’ inventory record.
  • To be responsible for maintaining the good relationship with suppliers, seek out new products and regularly update existing labels according to changes of vintage and availability.

  • To always be proactive by offering co-operation, assistance and help to other areas / stations / people.

Requirements

  • Holder of EU passport, citizen of the EU
  • Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service. Holder of WSET or other similar diploma at least on intermediary level
  • Three years of experience in similar work environment and position, preferably fine dining
  • Must speak and write English fluently. Greek and Russian are considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean grapes and wine culture
  • Computer literate and familiar with hotel ware systems (Aloha POS)

Your main responsibilities:

  • To understand and ensure that your subordinates also understand the ingredients, origins, combinations, methods of preparation, presentation and service of food products, drinks, wines, cocktails served and ensure that beverages are prepared according to the recipes.
  • To be responsible for the smooth beverage service and preparation of the venue, bar maintenance, take beverage and food orders around the bar counter, ensure guest satisfaction, prepare beverages promptly and timely, up to the highest standards, check if required dining ware is set on the counter, inquire with guest for refilling/refreshing beverages.
  • To prepare orders and ensure all are being prepared and prioritized.
  • In case servers are seemingly busy on the floor, assist with the service of beverages.
  • To ensure the proper handling of special requests (lactose free, fruit allergy, etc.). To check and ensure such requests are taken care extremely carefully and by avoiding all and any chance of cross contamination.
  • To thoroughly understand, adhere to and train on all standards of food safety, health & hygiene.
  • To be pro-active in maintaining and improving the business’ profitability, apply cost control tactics.
  • To assist the Supervisor with stock management practices, maintaining the pre-determined par stocks, preparing requisition sheets, taking inventories and control quality.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service. Graduate of a tertiary school of Hotel Management or Hotel and Catering School is an advantage

Your main responsibilities:

  • To project a positive, professional and friendly image to the guests and employees.
  • To inspect the Venue daily to ensure cleanliness, physical condition and functioning of equipment.
  • To execute the daily and periodical cleaning of all the front and back of house areas, as well as perimeter gardens, stores and appliances, in accordance with current legislations and requirements.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of common areas during service hours, and especially be vigilant of the cleanliness of the restrooms, the Venue entrance and service floor, attentive to spillage and breakages in order to avoid accidents.
  • To perform a wide variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, window cleaning.
  • To maintain equipment and tools in good working order and ensure they are properly stored.
  • To assist Supervisor in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • To ensure maintenance, repairs and cleanliness of all fixtures, surfaces and furniture in the area of responsibility.
  • To ensure cleanliness of the pool water and surrounding areas, monitor the quality of water in the pool and maintain it strictly according to pre-set procedures.
  • To be responsible for the handling, preparation, collection and cleaning of all pool towels, hand towels, rugs.
  • To maintain the quality of plants, by regularly watering as instructed.
  • To run short errands for various supplies.
  • To ensure cleaning logs are documented and maintained following the legislations and internal standards.
  • To perform laundry duties as necessary of all and any company properties.
