Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών κατά τη διάρκεια των γευμάτων με προτάσεις κρασιών με βάση το γούστο και τις προτιμήσεις τους
  • Εκπαίδευση και συνεργασία με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό για την κατανόηση, γνώση, γευσιγνωσία κρασιού και πρόταση των κατάλληλων τεχνικών για το σερβίρισμά του
  • Υπεύθυνος για την παραγγελία, παραλαβή, απογραφή, οργάνωση και πώληση κρασιών
  • Συνεχής παρακολούθηση των συνθηκών της κάβας, διασφαλίζοντας έτσι τη βέλτιστη αποθήκευση
  • Συνεργασία με το προσωπικό της κουζίνας για την ανάπτυξη συνδυασμών φαγητού και κρασιού
  • Τήρηση κανονισμών υγιεινής, ακολουθώντας τους κανονισμούς Τροφίμων & Ποτών / Υγείας & Ασφάλειας
  • Αλληλεπίδραση με τους πελάτες για την κάλυψη εξατομικευμένων αναγκών
  • Διαχείριση πιθανών παραπόνων και άμεση εξάλειψή τους

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • 2-4 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση σε 5* Ξενοδοχεία ή High-End Εστιατόρια
  • Κάτοχος διπλώματος WSET
  • Άριστη γνώση οινολογίας
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής και ελληνικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Απόφοιτος Σχολής Sommelier
  • Άριστες γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και διαχείρισης τροφίμων και ποτών
  • Ευελιξία, προσαρμοστικότητα, ομαδικότητα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά
  • Επικοινωνιακά προσόντα για τον χειρισμό και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Η γνώση Ρωσικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Κάτοχος Ευρωπαϊκού διαβατηρίου

Requirements

  • Holder of EU passport, citizen of the EU
  • Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service. Graduate of a tertiary school of Hotel Management or Hotel and Catering School is an advantage
  • Two years of experience in similar work environment hosting, previous experience in fine dining restaurant or hotel environment as wait staff is desirable
  • Must speak English and Greek, Russian and other languages are considered an advantage
  • Familiar with hotel ware systems (Micros OS)

Your main responsibilities:

  • To understand and ensure that your subordinates also understand the ingredients, origins, combinations, methods of preparation, presentation and service of food products, drinks, wines, cocktails served and ensure that beverages are prepared according to the recipes.
  • To be responsible for the smooth beverage service and preparation of the venue, bar maintenance, take beverage and food orders around the bar counter, ensure guest satisfaction, prepare beverages promptly and timely, up to the highest standards, check if required dining ware is set on the counter, inquire with guest for refilling/refreshing beverages.
  • To prepare orders and ensure all are being prepared and prioritized.
  • In case servers are seemingly busy on the floor, assist with the service of beverages.
  • To ensure the proper handling of special requests (lactose free, fruit allergy, etc.). To check and ensure such requests are taken care extremely carefully and by avoiding all and any chance of cross contamination.
  • To thoroughly understand, adhere to and train on all standards of food safety, health & hygiene.
  • To be pro-active in maintaining and improving the business’ profitability, apply cost control tactics.
  • To assist the Supervisor with stock management practices, maintaining the pre-determined par stocks, preparing requisition sheets, taking inventories and control quality.
  • To sense and anticipate guest needs and quickly respond to maximum satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service. Graduate of a tertiary school of Hotel Management or Hotel and Catering School is an advantage
  • Diploma or certification in Bartending or Mixology
  • Throughout knowledge of Mediterranean beverage culture and products
  • Two years of experience in similar work environment
  • Must speak and write English fluently. Greek and Russian are considered an advantage
  • Knowledge, experience in a similar position preferably in luxury hotel service

Your main responsibilities:

  • To learn the recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
  • To prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the speciality section at all times.
  • To ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
  • Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • To ensure the standard recipes are being followed at all times.
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation, knowledge and employment of H&S and HACCP regulations.
  • To follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
  • To monitor portion and waste control.
  • To thoroughly understand and use all standards in food quality and safety, presentation, food intolerances, food hygiene practices.
  • To follow the guidelines of health, safety, hygiene and the HACCP system.
