Literally meaning ‘good wave’ or ‘good vibes’ and is used to describe when a place or situation’s atmosphere is cool and enjoyable. It perfectly captures Spain’s laid-back attitude towards nightlife, as well as the ‘don’t worry, be happy’ attitude of the Mediterranean people.

Message from our Chef


I am inviting you on a culinary journey through the Mediterranean Basin; from Spain, Sardinia, and Corsica to Greece and Cyprus, using the finest ingredients available on the market; using what nature and the seasons provide us with.

The dishes presented are inspired by travels and traditions; twisted with creativity in order to offer you a one-of-a-kind fine dining experience.

I come from a small village in the Rhone Valley between Brézème and Clairette de Die. Throughout my years as a chef, I've been working alongside my mentor and 3 Michelin Star Chef, Michel Roux in a multitude of countries, such as France, England, Norway and Vietnam.

The philosophy behind La Caleta’s cuisine is focused on glorifying ingredients by showcasing their qualities. Through a well-thought-out cooking process and technique, with a lot of creativity, we reach the right balance of seasoning, textures, and depth of flavours, making every single dish unique. Sharing a table and exploring our cuisine as a group is my recipe for Discovery, Enjoyment and Happiness.
